You can’t sense Global Warming
Yeah. I’m talking to you. The one who doesn’t “believe” in Global Warming. The one who thinks it’s some liberal creation. The one who, when it gets cold, looks at his friend and says, “Global Warming my ass!” The one who thinks protecting the environment is for “pussies.”
Here’s my main problem with you – let’s say that Global Warming didn’t exist. Does that justify pumping CFCs and exhaust and cow farts (seriously, look it up, it’s a problem) into the air? Does that mean that aerosol and destroying ozone is awesome? Ask Austrailia – or whoever is left down there that hasn’t been diagnosed with skin cancer because of the massive chunk of missing ozone. Ask the people who actually study these things.
But you know best, right? You’re the expert. After all, you know in-depth things like how stupid it is to run a draw play on 3rd and 15.
Regardless, you can’t see or feel Global Warming. It’s measured in increments. Minute, indistinguishable increments. It’s like saying that you notice Continental Drift. Listen, you may be aware of plate tectonics – but you can’t see it happening. You don’t wake up in Los Angeles and say, “Wait a second, I feel like we’re closer to Japan today, probably plate tectonics acting up again.”
However, I don’t want to just rag on the people who believe what a blacked out report from Bush Administration tells them about Global Warming. This argument also applies to the hippies out there. The same hippies who think a warm day in February proves the veracity of Global Warming. It doesn’t prove anything. Even if it did – you wouldn’t be able to tell. So please hippies, get back to playing hacky sack outside the Student Union.
Global Warming is real – but you can’t feel it. Do you guys get that? Can you understand that? If you can’t, prove me wrong. You won’t on this one. I promise

Global Warming is real but there is no proof that humans are the cause. The Earth has always gone thru cycles like ice ages and heat waves.
Right, like that time those dinosaurs ended the ice age with their overuse of aerosols and car exhaust. The earth has always naturally cycled but there is nothing natural about what humans are doing to the environment. Whether the earth is getting warmer or not isn’t the point. The fact of the matter is that the Ozone is depleting and negative human impact is a large part of the problem. For those of you that think “there’s no proof” stop listening to your pastor and read a book.
Go cry about the environment……who cares, not I.
global warming may be real but that does not mean it is caused by man or even contributed to by human activity or even that any thing man does can change, alter, or stop it.
